Default most effectiv uw farming build?

hey guys iam trying to get my fow armor and so i need ectos ill try to farm in uw but the problem is the last time i farmed uw was with protectiv bond so its a long time ago. it would be nice if u can gimme a good solo uw farm build thats easy to handle and effectiv

use search command it should come up w/ differnt 55 health monk builds and SS(spiteful spirit) is used when u do 2 man smite runs and that is used by the necro/mesmer u bring, monk doesnt use it.
